SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure to apply the correct shipping address and if the shipping address placed is incorrect, please notify us through email immediately. If we have trouble verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed.
Once your order has been shipped out we have no control over USPS delays nor are we responsible for lost packages. We advice that you insure your package or select a signature required option if you would like to make sure your package reaches you safely. For these options, please email us directly so we add-on these options. However, please note that the cost is higher compared to regular shipping rates.
We always ask the customer to make sure the address provided is correct as we are not responsible for reshipping any packages that were returned due to incorrect address. We are not be liable to pay shipping cost for the next shipment. We will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid.
Shipping time: usually 12-28 days.
Returns
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
